Capsule contains pure grape seed extract with a high OPC content, hypoallergenic, vegan, vegetarian, premium quality: extract from France, made in Germany.
OPC (oligomeric proanthocyanidins) are natural, valuable secondary plant substances. Secondary plant substances are important for human nutrition and, according to scientific findings, they are said to have a number of positive properties. Free radicals can be caused by environmental toxins, UV radiation, etc.

The assumed effects are partly derived from the “French paradox”, the observation from the 1990s that found that mortality from cardiovascular disease in France is lower than in any other country in the western world. The reason is said to be the high consumption of red wine (and thus the high intake of OPC).
