To participate in our events, all guests are required to register in advance. You can easily reserve your seat by booking through one of our collector courses or by joining an events tour guide for your first introduction.

4. Registration Process

If you wish to participate in our dancer auditions, please complete the registration form located in the Enrolments Sign-Up section of our events page. Once your registration is submitted, you will receive a notification with the specific date, time, and venue of your audition.

Please specify your preferred audition location from the following options: Melbourne, Sydney, or Brisbane.

5. All Transactions / Credit Cards / Refunds

Dear Cardholders,

Please note that your bank may impose liability waiver charges, which can vary depending on the type of card used during the transaction. We would like to clarify that ML’IFE-GATE is not responsible for any discrepancies or charges associated with the bank’s administration process when processing refunds.

When participating in an ML’IFE-GATE event, we kindly ask that you acknowledge this information and remain aware of these terms. For the cashier’s part, we request that all transactions be handled with care and attention.

Additionally, please be advised that we may ask for your cooperation with ID verification if required.

Lost Tickets / Property Belongings

6. Enrolment Tickets

We kindly inform you that lost tickets cannot be replaced or refunded. Please be aware that ML’IFE-GATE is not responsible for any misplaced tickets. If you lose your ticket, it is imperative that you report it promptly to info@margaretlifegate.com.au for further assistance.

To ensure your participation, please reserve your seat with a valid ID upon arrival. We encourage all guests to take care of their belongings during the event. If you cannot bring certain items due to limited space or time, please plan accordingly and ensure they are properly secured.

Refund Cancellation

9. Claims Notification Policy.

In cases where changes or cancellations are necessary, ML’IFE-GATE Events reserves the right to cancel a participant’s registration at any time.

Refunds and Change of Mind:
If you wish to request a refund before the scheduled event, please contact us at info@margaretlifegate.com.au with the subject line: REFUNDS. We will process your request within 5 business days, though transaction processing times may vary depending on your bank.

For other cancellation or change requests:

(A) Cancellations:
Participants must notify us at least one week prior to the event date for cancellation. Refunds will be issued before the event date if the cancellation is made within this timeframe.

(B) Event or Program Changes:
If you wish to upgrade or explore other options, please inform us in writing via info@margaretlifegate.com.au.

(C) No Communication:
If you leave the event prematurely without prior notification, please note that no refunds will be provided. While such situations are rare, leaving an event without communication may also result in disqualification from future events.

Extra Care – A Day Training

13. Attendance and Missed Sessions
If you begin to feel unwell during the training sessions, please be assured that we will allocate a new date for you to complete the program you missed. For example, if you attend 3 out of 5 sessions but do not complete the full program, no refunds will be issued.

(A) Company Funding
If your training is being funded by your employer, it is important that you complete the entire program to receive the Certificate of Completion for management training. Successful completion of the full program is necessary to ensure that you meet the requirements for certification.

(B) Sick Leave
If you are unable to attend due to illness, please provide a sick leave certificate. This will allow us to assist you in rescheduling and ensure that you can rest and recover with peace of mind.
