Cold dense asphalt, obtained by a separate coating of sand and gravel. The double coating allows a homogeneous distribution of the binder on all the granular fractions, which leads to a stable asphalt, without risk of segregation. The aggregates, of alluvial or solid rock origin, meet the requirements of the XP P 18-545 “Aggregates” standard.
