Return for defects or non-conformity
In the event that the purchased product is damaged during transport or has manufacturing defects, OFFICINANOVE undertakes to replace the product under warranty and without any charge.
To exercise this right, it is necessary to: send a written communication addressed to OFFICINANOVE by Illi srl within 5 days of receiving the goods by sending an email to info@officinanove.it, reporting the claim, indicating the order references, the damaged or defective product and the details of the defect found.
