Returns

You have the right to withdraw from the contract, without giving any reason, within 14 days of delivery of the order.

In particular, the withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day on which you or a third party, other than the carrier and designated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods. The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised by the Customer in the event that the Products purchased have been made according to the Customer’s requests, are personalized, or may deteriorate or expire rapidly.

In case of return, the costs for returning the ordered goods will be borne by the customer, as well as the responsibility for the correct packaging and integrity of the contents. The returned goods must be returned in the original packaging and perfectly intact.

To exercise the right of withdrawal you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an explicit declaration, within and no later than the terms indicated above, for example to:

You are requested to send back the goods or deliver them to us at the address: OFFICINANOVE by Illi srl Logistica c/o FP Via Inf. Riomaggiore 16 – 16138 GENOVA without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the date on which you communicated your withdrawal from this contract. You will be responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

The returned item must be in resalable condition. Please note that in the event of non-resaleability, the amount equivalent to the decrease in the value of the item can always be retained.

If you withdraw from the contract, you will be refunded all payments you have made to us, including delivery costs (with the exception of the costs

additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay. The reimbursement will be made no later than 14 days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods within the above-mentioned periods.

Such refunds will be made using the same means of payment as used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such refund.

The refund may be suspended until the goods are received or until the consumer has demonstrated that he has sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.

Goods made to the customer’s specifications or perishable and easily spoilable are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
