What shipping methods are available?

Our shipments are made via courier with free port for amounts over 500 euros, for lower amounts a contribution for expenses is charged

The customer can request a return for defective or non-corresponding goods within 14 days of receiving the order.

Discount codes that are assigned by the system during registration to the newsletter or in the case of personal promotions can be used only once for a single total purchase.

The discount code cannot be transferred to third parties and must be justified in the event of a request for clarification by the administration of ILLI Srl.

We ship worldwide ex works. Upon customer request we can estimate the shipping cost.

Payment Methods

What payment methods are accepted?

The customer can choose to pay by credit card, PayPal, bank transfer, Clearpay (payment in 4 monthly installments without any costs)

I want to return my purchase! What should I do?
