Reservations cancelled less than 24 hours before the valet event will not be eligible for a refund. Full refunds will be given to anyone who cancels more than 24 hours before their scheduled valet event. If your trip is cancelled, please contact us for a refund. If your stay extends beyond your reservation dates and times, you may be charged for any additional days that were not paid for when you booked your reservation online.
